Tyrus Coursey started his cooking career in 1972 at the world renowned Wigwam Resort in Phoenix, AZ. He has been a chef and consultant to businesses form Japan to New York. Tyrus’s techniques include creative use of herbs and other plants to enhance wild game dishes. We are pleased to have him on the Grand Canyon All-Star team. |
| Alex and Judy Felkai have been serving the finest kosher cuisine for five years. They regularly cater elegant affairs for celebraties, leading rabbis, and discerning people throughout the West. Certified under the Rabbinical Council of California, of course, their cuisine is glatt, Cholov Yisroel, pas yisroel. We feel lucky to have them on the Grand Canyon All-Star team. |
