Itinerary planning is the first step to creating your Custom Safari, VIP Luxury Tour, Corporate Team Building Event, or any of our Multi-day Custom Private Trips. All of our itineraries are provided in PDF format via email. For Multi-day trips a $500.00 non-refundable planning fee is necessary and applied to your adventure, should you decide to tour with us.
All itineraries begin via phone conversation. We discuss such things as group dynamics, dates, abilities and budget.
