I just wanted to let you know that I got an awesome bottle of wine and a really nice card from Heather & Jim C. who took your tour on 8-23. They said that they can't say enough about the tour. Joel was well informed and told them a lot about the area and he spent time talking to each one of the personally. He said his lunch was out of this world, served on china plates with cloth napkins and that there was no plastic in sight. He said it was unbelievable. We had a fantastic day on the tour to the Grand Canyon with Joel this past Monday, 9/12. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and fun. We definitely feel we had the best tour and day possible.
